This is perhaps my favorite running shoe of all time. I've made a lot of content on this. I've called it the best super trainer ever made, and today it graduates into the elusive 400 club.

this has got to be one of my all-time favorite long run shoes. I mean, it's just so lightweight and it's very uh the the pure white of the shoe is just crazy on the camera, but it is just so lightweight, this guy. It's 200 grams of my size.

ACG Terra Zagama, it's not going to be as smooth as the Norda 055, but it's still a very smooth running shoe.

the midsole, however, is PEEBAX. This is DNA Gold, so the top of the line midsole at Brooks. Vibram Megagrip Elite on the outsole right here. And overall, a shoe that is phenomenal, but that probably is less relevant for older runners.

it was just a very well-rounded, approachable shoe that I could use for any sort of long run, whether I was feeling strong, whether I was going to hang back and and not be putting down as much power, whether I wanted something with a little bit more bite, or whether I wanted something more relaxed.

It took me quite a long time for this shoe to get restocked in my size, but it's finally here. This is the extra tall and extra bouncy Li Ning Red Hare 9 Ultra. And its time to see if these shoes were worth the wait

The M1 from Mount to Coast with Jet Cell foam, which is a ATPU, but they use a special film in this to make it extra durable, won't chunk out, and then a full body of Vibram outsole.

If version 5 was like the perfect storm for ASICS and honestly for our entire industry, I'm happy to say like a lot of the things that we liked in 5 are there if not just a little bit better in version 6.

Not only did Nike intentionally widen out the fit of this shoe, certainly up front around the forefoot, they also proportionately, or I guess in line with the fit update, widened out the ground platform for stability.

it doesn't have the most stability, but does the foam feel, does the fact that it's soft, squishy, fun, comfortable outweigh any sort of potential instability in the heel? And the answer is yes. So enjoyable and a nice job for the intended purpose.

the SCRebel ends up being the better of the two. So very impressive from New Balance to take down the DV84, at least in my book.

comfort of the compression. The compression is so quick and then just rolls you right forward. There's a little bit more sink and squish in the Spectre. So, I would go Spectre for stability, comfort, and then Hoka for speed.
