I don't really like it so much for fast runs. I think the Mac 7 is a more versatile shoe than the Rebel. But the Rebel is really comfortable and cushy for what is a pretty low stack lightweight shoe. It's got a very wide base. You know, it is a pretty supportive shoe. So that might be a good option. I think the Mac 7 for me is a more versatile shoe. actually like the foam more in the Mac 7. I think it's a bit poppier, a bit more responsive than the stuff on the Rebel V5.”
