The Kiprun Kipstorm Tempo is a performance-focused running shoe designed for tempo training and race efforts up to half marathon distance. ... On the outsole is a durable layer of thick rubber designed for a good level of grip. ... And then with the Kiprun Kipstorm Tempo, I've got a UK 8 and 1/2, just a US 9 and 1/2. Do find with Kiprun shoes going down half a size works out best for me in terms of having enough room because they can come up a little bit long, I find. So, having done that, I had a pretty good fit with it. ... I have heard that some people will find the upper a bit fussy, find it hard to get their foot into, though. I don't think it's maybe as accommodating and as simple as the one on the ASICS, but has been fine for me throughout testing. ... The difference here with the Kipstorm Tempo, you've still got, you know, plenty, plenty room up front. That's actually a full thumbs width, so there's more towards the end. But I think when you come back into this section, it's a little bit narrower. This kind of upper holds a bit more tightly around the toe knuckles. And it feels a little bit more close across the top of the toes. it doesn't quite feel as roomy. It all feels a bit more kind of race fit. I really like the tongue set up they've got here. This locks down really well in the midfoot. I think better than the Mega Blast. ... And these laces really clamp down nicely and hold really well. ... Tongues wrap really nicely without coming up too far. ... And then when you get back into the heel collar, you've got a bit more of a traditional, so I would say sort of medium padded heel collar here that really works well for me. Holds nicely and with good security. ... I love the fit of this. ... I've got this in UK size 8. It's definitely quite a big shoe. I do think that a lot of people will want to size down half a size in this cuz there's quite a lot of extra space before my big toe. ... very comfortable shoe. Really like it. I think it's a nice forgiving fit. Um but you definitely you probably want to get down to half a size in this shoe.”
