Both of these shoes have carbon fiber plates and pebba midsoles, but the way that the plate is set up and the foams are set up in this shoe make it more of a heel striker shoe, maybe a mid-foot striker shoe, but me as a foroot striker, I found it a little bit hard to get along with unless I was doing some very fast work in the shoe.”
