I started this channel for two reasons. First, in a country of 1.4 billion people and one that leads the world in footwear manufacturing, there wasn’t a single person making English-language reviews of Chinese running shoes. Second, my day job is a financial analyst. I read English financial news, company reports, and industry insights every day, but I rarely get a chance to actually speak or write in English. So I wanted to challenge myself—share my experience with Chinese running shoes while also pushing myself to speak English. As of 2026, I’ve been running for 8 years.
