“The Cloudan plaid 3, this is one of my favorite carbon plated racing shoes of all time. It is not So, I'm going to start with the limitations. It is not the lightest. It is, I think, around 220 g, which for a car or maybe 210, actually. But, either way, it's a little bit heavier than your average top shelf carbon. But, what you're getting for that price is an extremely bouncy triple layer of foam that feels airy and light and special and like you could turn over the legs at any pace, even the really fast ones. It also has a an incredible rocker. It is, for sure, a competitive carbon plated racing shoe for the marathon and potentially even the half marathon or quicker. But, I would say this is best used for the marathon. The strengths are just how fantastic the foam is, how easy it is to run in this, how comfortable it is, as well. And the upper is also excellent. The drawback is that it's simply just not the lightest on the market, but that is a very, very minor limitation.”
