“with the Spectre Elite, it almost felt like there was nothing for me to land on, so it felt better being heel or midfoot. So trying to run really fast, like sprinting or doing shorter intervals in the Spectre Elite, I would not do. This is not going to be a shoe I would try for a 5K because the rocker's too large and doesn't feel like it can really push off as hard, whereas doing those half-marathon efforts, it's smooth. It just rolls along very efficient.”
